Advice On Obnoxious Teens?

I would video tape them and tell them you are going to post it on youtube every single day. I would send fliers out to all the neighbors and tell them you have a group of kids (pictures in tow) and ask for them to help identify them so you can start contacting their parents and hooking the parents up to their youtube videos. Maybe even contact the local news station so you can get them a little publicity.

putting them on utube would just make them " cooler"
They would love that.
I have the same problem and I just close my doors and windows and stay at the back of the house. These kind of kids are not afraid of anyone and respect no one. Their parents could probably care less of what they are doing.
My mom would try to drive down the street and they would make a line so she can't pass and she would squint like she can't see them and they would get scared and move!::::::
I know it's sad how some of todays kids have become so disrespectful.
They won't move for me when they see me walking on the sidewalk with a stroller and toddlers in tow. They expect me to walk on the grass to go around them ...(I don't) I just stand there and make them walk on the grass.

I like the idea of hiring them if you think they won't come back and rob you or something. If you do it, just stick to outside stuff.
