Having on going trouble with a 5 yr old. Constantly wanting to rough house with the other children. Wrestling is not allowed and he continues to do so. Time outs don't work. He is always sorry but continues to play this way whenever he thinks we are not looking. Parents feel he is getting time outs unfairly. Had him since he was 18mo. Any suggestions?

Did you try to ground him from the TV? Another thing to do is ground him to his room.
