    $350 per week?
I think it depends on hours, responsibilities, how many children you are caring for, and if you can manage that.

Are you paying into employment benefits or any insurances needed, or under the table?

I know sometimes family seems like its the best option - but I strongly advise looking into all options and weighing your pros and cons carefully.
It is hard to work with family, and at times can get difficult.

    All the best.

What is the process for taking out taxes? What do you do?
