Feeling Really Stoopid Today!

Just a question...... after all of the paperwork for becoming certified, signing up with the food program, and soon the rating system (sent in my application weeks ago and still haven't heard a peep from them), here's my question....

Does anyone get it right the first time or am I just stoopid????

Even the license reps do not know everything. All you can do is make lists, check it off and try again if needed.

I have been in business or 25 year, I earned my CDA did accreditation, I serve on the council for our childcare association.

The point? I still make mistakes and sometimes they are big ones. All you can do is take a deep breath and try again.

I have wondered the exact same thing! I opened in June 2011, and it seems that I've made every stinking mistake possible! And I try very hard to do things right the first time - doesn't always happen! Just know you're not alone!

Hey country, I think its just wisconsin. They take between 30 and 60 days. They are really slow. You can call the child care coordinator and ask about your application.

Thanks, everyone! Sometimes I get so frustrated because I, too, don't expect to make that many mistakes. I'm not extremely tolerant of mistakes in myself and is something I am always guarding against letting come out towards the kids.

Sorry for taking to long to respond - have been sick and closed since last Friday. This is the first day I feel like I might actually live.....
