How do you enter your closed day? I was closed one day earlier in January and before I submit my claim online it asks if I specified any closed dates. I have the free minute menu through the food program and it's my first month doing this.

you always need to make sure that you claim it before it happens.
go to tools, select manage calendar and from there I think you can figure it out...

If you're on SENDCAA it will be fine if you don't note anything. I never noted my closed days. I just emailed my rep to let her know that I would be closed or of any days that we were taking our lunch with us for a picnic, ect.Comment
