I have my reg two toddlers, my new pt 3 year old who is wide open and needs a lot of boundries and is still settling into our routine/rules/learning she has to actually listen here, etc...and a 10 week old drop in in the mix...who has not wanted anyone to put him down all day. Super sleepy, fed, changed, falls out..lay down in pnp, bam...right back up. Thank goodness a friend of mine came by for a couple hours this am to hang out and visit and play with the kiddos because baby wanted to be held.
Finally got all down for a nap and he is laying quietly in the pnp for now, was out cold when I laid him down but right back up a cpl min after..waiting to see if he drifts back off on his own.
Got one toddler being picked up early bc the other was SUPPOSED to be picked up early for a dr appoint and mom forgot all about it bc she got promoted and has been busy making the transition at work and all, didn't even think about it till I asked her this am
. Whew, what a day already... I am having dinner with some teacher friends of mine later and I CANNOT wait! It is what will get me through this already very tiring day.
Thankfully if the infant becomes on of my pt spots, it will be on the opposite day of the 3 yr old who is super busy/adhd/impulsive, etc...no way I would want both of them together on a daily basis. I don't trust the 3 yr old around the baby even with me right there!
