I'm letting them have it right and left! Woo I feel liberated once I started putting my foot down on policies it became much easier!
Today a client that changes jobs more than underwear (literally :
: ) had no more space on her sheet for changes. I gave her a new form and told her she had to rewrite it all because I can't read anything anymore. Plus they have 8 cell phone numbers scratched out and rewritten because they cahnge so much. She said there was still room up in the corner to write the new work info. 
Really?
I said "NO! Look at this paper! It looks like your 2 year old got a hold of it and made her pretty art work!" her law hit the floor like it was the greatest insult ever! I went on to explain if I was to get a visit they would not accept it either so the whole form needed to be done neatly no more scratch outs and rewrites. I told her it also needs notarized again so please don't forget that.
She curled her lip up at me like she smelled something rotten. I laughed and said now you look like your 2 year old when he doesn't like what I say. ::
She rolled her eyes and said she would get it done.
