Assistant Contract/List of duties

Would anybody be willing to share theirs? I'm in the process of looking into an assistant and I'd like to see examples of what you guys expect of them/what benefits you offer. Thanks!happyface

My assistant performs about 75% of all diaper changes, she plans and runs the scheduled activity everyday allowing me to tend to laundry, dishes, and other household chores. She also does all the sanitizing each week, she assists with lunches, cleanup, etc and once a week she cleans the bathroom, she vacuums daily, folds an occasional load of laundry, etc.

She works about 20 hours per week and frees up about 10 hours of my time having to do it all.
