Help me with term letter... please!!!

I care for 4 children in my home. I have become extremely stressed and am dealing with alot of family stuff right now. I MEAN ALOT!!!! I'm wanting to term 1 of my families in hopes this will help. By terming the 1 family I would be done on Fridays by 1pm. How do I tell this family I'm terming them. I don't feel they need to know all my personal business. What would you say to them in a term letter??

It is with much regret, that I am no longer able to meet the (needs or schedule) for ___________. Their last day of care will be _________________.

I am including the phone number for the local R&R, which will be able to assist you in finding a new provide.
