This time of year I think that's a great idea. Getting out the hypers means less behavioral issues. I'm actually doing this with my dog right now. :::: She needs to be run around like crazy so that she won't find stuff to get into.

Just be careful that the kids don't equate getting to be silly as a reward for misbehaving.

Oh no, the mere mention of having to jump sets them straight! ROFL! I do have one that refuses to jump now, so have to think on what to do with him. I think I will just have to put him in a pnp in a different room. He is the one who does all he can to misbehave while in time out.

That's hilarious! And so much more entertaining for you! ::::::

I had a kid like that who left me no choice but to put him in a pack n play during time out. And that pack n play had to be away from walls or he'd drag the pack n play to a place where he could get into something. Boy that kid was a handful!
