MMK Question - Parent Invoices???

Hi, I'm switching over from Paypal to the online payment option in the MMK software and am hoping someone here is familiar with the program and can help me out. :confused:

When I set up recurring invoices for my parents, do I set them up for Mon-Friday even though I require pre-pay on the Friday before the week of care? Or do I set the invoices up from Fri-Thurs so they get them the morning of the day they are due? So confused!

I'm afraid the invoice will say something like "for childcare from x day to x day" and I want that to be Mon-Fri but I want them to get the invoice as a reminder to pay on the Friday before so not sure what to do.

Hope this makes sense and someone has a suggestion .

I am sorry I can't answer your question as I don't have any parents who use the on-line payment part of MMK, but can you make a "fake" invoice and send it to either yourself or to a daycare mom as a trial run just to see how it appears? :confused:

Thanks, I think I figured it out. I set it to invoice from Mon-Fri and added a note saying "Please remember payment is due the Friday BEFORE the upcoming week of care." I will just have to send them an email reminder the first time, then their invoice will remind them every time after.

This thing really rocks. My accountant thought it was great, too! So glad I found it here.
