    MMK & Drop-Ins

I've got a boy that is a drop-in every once in awhile and I am trying to figure out the best way to keep track of his hours and do the whole billing part of it. I use the Minute Menu program for my regular kids and I'm just wondering how any of you do it for drop-ins?

I'd fill out all child info, attendance, invoices and payments just like for anyone else.

Obviously recurrent pay or set hours won't work, but everything else should be business as usual.

    It is pretty adaptive.

Would you just put their status as "active" then in the child information page when they are here and then "inactive" again when they are not? He only comes maybe once or twice every couple months.

I'd just leave them as active. They are currently enrolled, just as drop-in.

Inactive, IMHO, is for former clients.

I have a similar issue, except one of my dck's is fulltime but his schedule varies each week a bit. Any ideas on how to track his hours?
