Okay, I use MMK and love it. I have a question about the electronic bill payment for the parents to pay on line. When I click Sign Up, and an application appears. There is a line for provider license with an * behind it. Can you only use this feature if you are licensed? I am not, and don't have to be with the number kids in my care.

Have you tried to enter "N/A" or your tax ID #
Whatever you put in there will be printed on EVERYTHING so don't use your SS#.- Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.- Flag

I did put in N/A and submitted the form.
Another question: How do you create invoices for payments made in advanced of childcare? Can we fill out the attendance form for a week in advanced so the info will come up on the invoice?- Flag

I am currently doing mine for the whole year.
"Invoice your parents"
"Dates" (I do mine weekly)
"Date created" (I do mine as the Monday of that week)
"Add child" (pick all DCKs that go on that invoice)
"Units" (you HAVE to add 1 or it will be a zero balance)
"Next"
"Bill to" (pick one parent)
"Create invoice"
You can edit them later as needed. Very simple once you get the hang of it. Took me a week to figure it out the first time, though.....
My online payment folks are set up on recurring payments. Also, It will ask you if you want them to email it to parents. You have to uncheck the box or they will get a years worth of invoices in their email. Might make for a not so fun weekend for you....- Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.- Flag

I agree with the bolded! I used it almost all last year for the food program but have a free trial right now (and plan to purchase the full version once it expires) and yeah, TONS to learn with this program!- Flag
