I'm copying someone's idea of writing a little 'thank you' at the end of my new handbook. Does this sound ok:
I would like to take the time to thank you for choosing DAYCARE NAME as your child’s daycare/preschool. I know there are many options of child care within our area and I appreciate that you have selected me as your child care provider. I truly enjoy my job and I promise to work hard everyday to provide your child with the support they need to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Please know that every policy in this handbook was created with the children’s best interest in mind. I run my business as much more than a ‘babysitting’ service and, thus, rules and organization are necessary for everyone’s benefit.
