I've noticed alot of venting on here, (and on some FB pages) lately about the lack of appreciation some of you are feeling this time of year from some of your DC parents.
I just want to let you ladies, and gentlemen, know how much I appreciate you and all you do.
First, for being here. I'm a better provider and offer a better program because of you. I have learned SO much here, and find it a GREAT source of support.
Second, thank you for all being great providers. You are helping to raise the next generation of adults, and you all have a huge impact on their lives and the people they will become.
Thank you for being there while their parents must be away.
Thank you for always giving, and not always receiving in return.
Thank you for working so hard to offer great curriculums and activities, care and healthy foods.
Thank you for spending money you dont really have to improve your programs.
Thank you for giving up your free time, and family time to better yourself through trainings, classes, etc.
Thank you for spending so much time keeping your homes clean, safe, and healthy.
Thank you for kissed boo-boo's, rocking crying babies, and stories read for the 100th time.
Thank you for teaching them their ABC's and to tie their shoes.
Thank you for always being a professional, and sometimes having to deal with difficult adults.
And remember, they may not remember what you did, or what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
Merry Christmas and Happy holidays. lovethis
