    Adding a SA-er

Do I need to do a separate contract for a family that is adding a SA child for winter break? They already are an enrolled family. I was thinking to add the older child on the current contract. Then I would do a separate auth for medical treatment form and enroll the child in the food program. Would this be appropriate?

is it only for the break? I always make sure that when I have enrolled siblings that I have the parents sign things for each child. If they are enrolling at the same time, then NO.

You always want to make sure that you are 100% covered for that JUST IN CASE moment.

However, if it would be more work than the child will be there, then I would just have them sign at least a financial contract agreement....

It will be just for a few days during break. I am more concerned from licensing POV, not from dealing with the family. I love this family. They are long time friends and have not once caused any problems, they pay early and are very appreciative.
I just don't want to miss anything that would cause problems with licensing.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I was hoping to keep it as simple as possible, considering it will be only for a few days here and there over the next three weeks. I'm viewing is more as drop in, but with contracted rate.
          Thanks for the clarification.
Now they just have to hash it out with the other families regarding when they can bring their kids here!! (They are all related and between them all, there is one more than I have capacity for :
