I see posts about providers emailing families they've interviewed, for follow-ups or thanks or whatever. I've never thought to, or had the gumption to, ask any interviewee for an email address. How do you do that? If you don't know if they'll even ever get back to you or go with you. I just this week have a parent's email address because they sent me a link to a Santa video - and I've had the boy nearly 5 years. Should I be asking everyone for emails at interview? This seems awkward to me.

I have them fill out a small questionnaire when they come.

child name, age, anything else you want me to know about your child...
reason why you are seeking care for your child?
Will this be the first time your child attends a daycare/preschool
what form of discipline do you use when parenting you child.
what days and hours will your child need to attend care?
who will be the person responsible for making daycare payments.- Flag
