    Inconvenience Fees?

Who charges them, for no shows/late arrivals that disrupt your daily routine? How are they worded in your policy and what's the fee? If you've ever implemented them...how?? Thanks!

    Here's my wording:

You are required to notify the daycare 1 hour before your child's designated drop off time if they will nto be in attendance for the day. Acceptable forms of absence notification are telephone call, voicemail, email or text message. Failure to provide notice will result in a $10 convenience fee in addition to your regular rate.

(I implemented this policy because I had 1 DCG that used to come at 615am and the rest of the arrivals wouldn't come until 730am. After getting up at 530am too many times to get stood up (slept in, sick, no call, no show, etc.), I started implementing this policy. They left in April but I never had to charge it.
