I handed out new contracts on Friday. Each of my families called me that night because they all thought the changes were the result of their behaviour. LOL.

One DCM expressed distaste at me adding a fee for late tuition payments. LOL.

Otherwise, I've gotten 2/3 back and expect the 3rd sometime in the next day or two.

I handed out new contracts in August. I got good response. Everyone signed the new contracts and accepted the rate increases with no problem.

I did have 1 family quit. They said it was because of her work schedule but I beg to differ.

I've got to finish mine so the new one can be handed out Friday. Gonna be a busy week for me. I've only got a few changes...one of those being no more drop offs at 10:30 with kids who have just woken up. They ruin nap time for everyone. Can you tell this happened to me today ? And now I'm a little frustrated.

I handed mine out last summer. Mine run from Aug 1-July31. I didn't have any problems. Everyone signed. Last summer, however, I had one who pulled their g-son out and took him to a daycare center. He didnt' like that I went from a free vacation week to 1/2 rate is due for vacation. However, I had his other 2 g-kids and once his other g-son went to the center and seen what all they charged, plus their strict illness policy, having to provide lunch for his g-son ( I provide all food) he didn't have any issues with any of my changes.

I was going to hand mine out this month, but decided to wait until January 1st...as to not deter any possible Christmas bonuses LOL!
