Party Jumpers

Hi

I live in California, San Jose. I have 14kids. For Christmas Party kids wants to have party jumpers. I would like to know is it legal to get a party jumper with permission slip from parents. Thank You.

I've never had any trouble getting permission to use Jumpers.

I get one every year at the end of summer to bid my soon-to-be kindergarteners off, and to say goodbye to my summer schoolagers (only have two sisters who've been with me since infancy).

The kids love it, especially if I'm in a fun mood and hop it into it with them. I fill out a Field Trip permission slip and parent's sign off on it. I make sure to add on the permission form that accidents do happen and if something may happen, parents are responsible. Never had any problems besides an occasional bump from bumping into friend.
