I had a mom tell me that she has a sister that does daycare in S.F. and she makes $350 a week for an infant.
Here, the most we could get is $150-$200 a week for an infant.
I just couldn't see her trying to manage 2 sleepy kids and one infant with their bags, stroller etc. on 3 buses to get here.
Also they were here for a shorter time because I didn't have to wait for her to get here on the bus at pick up time.
