Unexpected Day Child Free, Well Until 3pm

This never happens, no daycare kids. So today I was up at 5 for my 6am arrival, they don't show up, called at 6:45 to say kid is sick....um, thanks for the notice, like he wasn't sick last night????? Another family calls off sick. Another family off till Thursday. Another family not scheduled to be here today, well I guess not they didn't show up and have yet to give me the Nov. schedule . Another family, not scheduled to be here, but taking little one to doctor, so mom said was sending schoolager here after school at 3 on the bus....shoot.....I could of had the whole day off but nope, I am here all day to wait on a 3 pm that will be here anywhere from 15 min to 1 1/2 hr.

Sometimes I get so frustrated with things.

If little one is sick, school ager would be excluded here. If just a well baby check, then sibling could come.
