    Tomorrow

After having a very light week last week, I'm just not ready for tomorrow.

Me either!!!! I just told my whole family that I'm going to miss staying up late with them, sleeping in, and just being together. Is it strange to actually miss your family like that? I love, love, love having my family home and just having a slower pace to life. I really miss not being able to just a mom!

Sorry to say, but as I closed the door on the last kid on Wed. afternoon, I sort of started to think about Monday morning. And what fun the kids would be after 4 days at home w/ no schedule, company at their house, or traveling to grandparents, etc. Days off are great but I know Monday morning is going to be tough - for the kids and for me, too, because my family time has been so good. I'll miss it, and I"m sure the kids will miss their families and their different sort of routines too.

I had a blast these last 4 days, I cooked, played tennis, went bike riding, walked our dogs, did crafts, did a little shopping, vegged out, read some books, decorated for Christmas and just had fun with my family.

I will have fun with the kids tomorrow.. just got to get back into the routine..but I was pretty spoiled these past few days

I'm up late trying to squeeze every last minute out of this long weekend! I have a laid back day planned for tomorrow, the less I have planned the better, as it isn't going to go my way anyway! I'm thinking early to nap, I know my kids have sleep they need to catch up on.

I'd been really dreading going back to work all weekend, especially today. Frighteningly so...I thought I must be burnt out.

I worked Friday but still had a great holiday and weekend.

It took everything in me to scrub the kitchen. The playrooms are a bit of a mess from my kiddos but I had rearranging planned for tomorrow so it's ok...except that I'm up far too late, too.

I finally was looking at my daycare facebook and started to feel tenderness and excitement for the little stinkers.

Still, it will be raining tomorrow and they'll be out of sorts. It should be interesting.

I had dream last night that dcm told me she was looking at other daycares. Hope it's true! I had such a relaxing 5 days off, not looking forward to being screamed at for 9 hours a day all week

I didn't have a holiday last week but Mondays are always rough. I'm lucky today though...it's a day off for the SA kids so my dd will play hard with the kids all day. They love when she's home.

I wasn't exactly dreading today but I'm also not all that thrilled that it is here, . It's raining, and looking at the forecast, it's going to be raining today and tomorrow and then it will be cold

We're going to sit back and relax today...recover a bit from stuff.

My kids weren't gone for four days though. One was gone for five, but another was here Friday and the last was here Saturday like normal.

While it's only 45* right now, it should warm up to a nice 82*.

While it was nice to see the first one's smiling face at 5:30, I am happy that he went back to sleep.

It's actually really nice today... the kids all missed me and each other and they are playing so nicely.
We are going to go on a long walk, cuz like Sharlan said, it's 80 today.
                            I really missed them too.
I do miss the quiet house though!

The two older ones were great this morning.

The two younger ones have colds, so they're a bit whiney but not bad. We were able to pull out all the transportation toys (cars, boats, trains, people, animals) and discuss if they were air, land, or water.
