I have decided to change my daycare into a 2 years and up daycare. I have three one year olds that have to be told this week. Should I do it today at the end of the day or wait till Wednesday?

Yes I agree with this. The holidays are stressful enough on their own and then have to find a new daycare into the mix. I'd have a melt down if I had to.

Can you wait until after Christmas ??

I did it last night. I didn't want to wait till after the holidays because I need them to find care by the first of January. I have to have surgery that requires me to close for 4 weeks. I didn't want to have them rushing at the last min.

It went well. They are really upset because the babies and the parents love it here. But I have to take care of myself and my family first.

I haven't read the other threads, but I would fill the spots first or wait until they are two to switch it. Then you already have three clients enrolled for the new ages
