I Want To Update A New Contract For 2012

I previously have been very lax with policies and things like that and do not have new families sign a contract. I would like to raise my rates and to instill more policies into my new contract. I am THE cheapest in town and wish to raise my rates a little. I had an interview for a very good job and was calling different daycares and I am about 20 a week cheaper than the cheapest ones. I would like to include:
    -rate increase
-a weeks worth of free days a year. My DC parents take very much advantage of me not charging for days they are not here. Sometimes about 35 a week per family and it hurts me financially.
-late fees(most of my parents i dont have a problem but I do dc for a friend and she is ALWAYS late)
    -paid holidays

Is it just the money part I should put in there? What should be different from the handbook? I know there are other threads on this but I would like to ask my own specific questions. What else should I include?

What forms of payment you accept.
    Late fees.
Early drop offs/Late Pickups and the fees you impose.
    Bad check charges
