    How Should I Respond?

OK, I have asked a few questions regarding this before but the saga continues ...

I have pt dcg who is here Th/F. Dad asked if I could switch days for Thanksgiving and the day after. Initially I said they would have to pay me for the extra days per my contract, but they pretty much begged so I said I would do it just this one time.
A week later, Mom picks up dcg and i ask which days she will be here. She says, "I can't believe he even asked you. We know it's your paid holiday. Don't worry about it."
Fast forward to last Thursday. Dcd pays me but not for next week. I mention to him Friday at drop off that he needs to pay and he says he will get it to me at pick up. dcm picks up dcg and has no idea about having to pay me.
I tell them to bring it next time they drop off.

Where do I go from here? I want to send them a text the morning they are going to drop off as a reminder? What do you think? How should I word it?

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Make it look like a mass text to all your daycare parents (or really make it a mass text to all your daycare parents)--"Hey parents! Just as a reminder, we're closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Don't forget that these are paid holidays! Have a great holiday and we'll see you next week!"

Or, you could call your dcm and let her know that you need the payment.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!
