    What Am I Missing??

For the last month is seems my crew has had non stop super poops. They are all in diapers still so that is a bit of blessing but these ones are so bad that even a good diaper can't contain them. I have shampooed the carpets, bleached every hard surface, washed all the bedding and soft toys. My hands are chapped from washing them so often. There have been no diet changes either. It is eating up there little bottoms and I am sure if we can't find a way for this to end the parents are going to assume it is from here. I need some suggestions for things I may not have tried.

Have be you added yogurt to their diet? I add activia at the first sign of loose poo. Not sure if it helps but I FEEL better. Lol

Yogurt is a staple in their diets as it is. I haven't used the brand you suggested I normally use the greek yogurt for kids from costco. I will have to try that other kind. I did add more rice, bananas and toast to our diet this month in hopes of it helping.

Also I wipe walls and door handles at naps each day.

I agree with the food...are you serving anything that is sugar free?

Things that are sugar free are NOT good for children at all. They contain sugar alcohols and this will give anyone the runs if the stomach cannot handle it.

I would also let the parents know, because if the child brought the virus home, they will also need to make sure the child is getting enough fluids and they will also need to clean their houses too.

I send home and exclude any children with lose stool. One can stay, two they go home or stay home until its gone.. This is the only way to stop it
