Good Luck with it all, I have gotten some useful info from your posts and people's responses as I have been in a somewhat similar situation and trying to get my contracts done, my handbook done and last night put the finishing touches on my contracts...I went back and forth on things because things have been so slow I don't want to scare the ones off I have but at the same time, I have to earn a living or I just need to go back to work outside the home.

Looks good to me, glad you were able to get ideas from my posts, I have to say this is the hardest part of running a business so far. I have to say over the last few weeks I've learned we don't owe the parents an explanation for our decisions, we are running a business and its ours, we don't tell them how to do there personal business or live their lives. Its always good to remember for every family that leaves there is another one that may possibly fit that much better.!Comment
