DCG's Schedule Is Changing...I Can't Wait!!

For a long time now I have had two of my dck's leaving by 4:45. one was left until 5:30 or even 6 or later, but only 3 days a week.

Now her mom's schedule is changing and I'll be having her (and her baby brother) 5 days a week with a 4:45 pick-up!!!!! I would never have been able to plan for this schedule, but now I am so excited; it's going to be great.

It pairs nicely with DH"s new second shift schedule--I'll be able to get out of the house with my own kids a couple evenings a week for errands or the library or playing at a park.

Don't you just love it when it DOES work to our advantage??

For the last 2 months of summer, I had only one family on Fridays. I asked her if it would be possible that she used her backup for Fridays and she agreed so I had the last 8 weeks of summer only working Monday through Thursday. It was awesome!
