Looking into going back with the food program so I called about it today. The earliest the can come and talk to me about going on is middle to end of November! Wow, that means I wouldn't even get my first check till possibly January. I can't believe they can't come out before then.

My first meeting with the Food Program administrator was last night. I have to get my inspections and she said she doesn't believe there is time until late December to get those done (Health and Fire).
So, looks like January before I can even start. I wish she had told me that on the phone last week so I could have a week jump on getting the appointments.
On the other hand, she introduced me to our county's certification program and while it is more money, I have decided to do it.
Hopefully after all this initial stuff life will settle down and i can just worry about watching kids!!!:
