Not in a tantrum, but just as a habit I guess. About 10 times times a minute, he will let out a noise that sounds like he had just been holding his breath. It is starting to get on my nerves. I have told him to breath, and shoed him what I meant, but he still constantly does this. What is this about? He also constantly has his hands in his mouth or has his tongue hanging out of his mouth. Anyone ever experience anything like this. It is a constant noise. Every few seconds. Like you know when you would hold your breath to push a baby out and then **** air in? Kind of like that. Weird.

Is the child turning blue/purple or have a stange color at all? -
This is something new with this child or has he always done it?
If it's new, talk to the parents ASAP - make sure he doesn't have something stuck somewhere. Nose, throat, ear, etc.Comment

No, it seems like it is more of a weird habit. If I tell him to breath normally, he does. But then starts the holding breath thing. I am going to bring it up to the mom tonight.Comment
