Where Do You Buy Your Furniture

I have finally decided to redo my daycare room. Any good websites I should be checking?

Walmart.com is also selling Early Childhood Furniture, now.

Although they are not daycare 'specific' I have gotten some nice cubbie, storage & table pieces from IKEA. They have a great kids' section that I find very affordable, imaginative & eclectic.

ClosetMaid sells a lot of usable things. Check walmart and target. Ikea has great stuff!
But my #1 choice as always is http://www.freecycle.org, second choice http://www.craigslist.com

I get closetmaid furniture from Target, Lowe's or Home Depot when it goes on sale. They have cubbies, drawers and shelves that are perfect height for the kiddos and you can combine them and stack them to your preference. My hubby just adds a few extra small nails and instead of installing the cardboard backing I'll paint a sheet of wood and he'll cut it and install that instead making the piece much sturdier.

I second the Ikea idea too though. Although I havn't bought any, Ikea sells awesome modular shelving and plastic tubs that would work great for daycare. I hear it's sturdy too and better quality.

As for DC tables I would try Wal-mart also.

Don't forget to check CL. Sometimes DC's close their businesses and you can get awesome deals on used stuff.
