dcm works overtime in the morning. This mean the kids arrive at 440 a.m Normally they arrive at 630. Pick up is around 4.
I didn't know about the morning over time when we started and no money was discussed.
It's not really a huge deal. The boys lie back down and sleep and I rest on the living room chair waiting for the other kids to arrive.
This has happened about 4 times in the last few weeks. She asked today if she could do it again tomorrow and she'd "pay me a bit more" if I want.
I told her that since we hadn't discussed the issue before and she'd already paid me for two weeks that if she wanted to donate some cleaning supplies that'd be great and since I am revising my contract I'd just reflect it then. She said that would work for her.
I suggested an hourly rate for anything outside of ten hours.
What do you think? And if the overtime days are not preplanned would I just charge the previous week's overtime charges at the start of the following week?
