Our day looks like this. I have my own 4 children and 4 daycare children. My older two are in school.

    7:15 -- First drop-off, free play
7:45 -- DCKs 2, 3 and 4 arrive to the stroller and we head to the school to drop off
8:45 -- Back from walk, undress outdoor gear, potty
    9am -- Snack
9:15 -- Circle time w/ music, stories, feltboard, ect. Then free play.
10am -- Craft time, letter of the week on Tues. Then free play.
    11am -- lunchtime
    11:30-2pm -- naptime
2:15pm -- everyone dressed to go pick kids up from school.
3:15pm -- Back from school, pick-up#1. Inside for snack.
    4pm -- pick-up #2 and 3.
    4-5:30pm -- Freeplay as I only have a 1yo left.

Often in the nice weather we will bypass circle time and craft and take snack to the park, the zoo, the library, the Early Years Centre, ect. Otherwise the schedule stays the same for the remainder of the day.
Also, only my 2 3yos will do the circle time/crafts...I have 3 1yos who exclusively freeplay all day. They range from 13-15mo and I don't do curriculum for that age group. Of course they are welcome and encouraged to sit and listen or watch.

I would shorten up your breakfast time so that you aren't serving for an hour and a half (also 7:30-12 is a long time to wait for lunch..perhaps call it am snack and make it at 9?, and I would make afternoon snack before play, or once again the wait is so long, and you will loose most of your group to crying. In our state, we MUST serve a meal every 3 hours (unless children are napping).

Your schedule looks really fun, otherwise!

        I agree

I fear it will wear you down too quick. It becomes a point of stress for way too many.

        Everything else looks nice!!
