2.5 Year Old Grating On My Last Nerve

I think I need to terminate because I dread seeing him everyday. He is a smart boy with a great vocabulary but he spends so time in thinking time because he hurts others or breaks rules and when corrected gives you that look like what are you going to do about it. He throws big temper fits when he doesn't get his way and for the last 3 weeks has only taken a 1/2 hour nap and then wakes up crying so then so does everyone else.

I guess my question is how to I terminate him politely. He is part of a sibling group so I will lose them all but I don't think I can put up with him too much longer.

Be honest with the parents and let them know that their child is not happy in your daycare.
