    Weekly rates

I don't charge for holidays or vacation weeks I close for and don't plan on charging for dcf vacation weeks as long as they give proper notice, I do however want to charge the full weekly rate if they only take one or two days off does this get the point acrossed:

    Holidays and Vacations
You will not be charged for holidays I take off or my vacation weeks. Same goes for your vacation weeks as long as you give proper notice.

    Any other suggestions or additions?

Parents are allowed X number of vacation weeks a year. Any vacation week has to be taken at a full week at a time, a Monday thru a Friday. You will not be charged for x number of weeks of vacation provided you give X number of weeks/days of notice. You WILL be charged if you provide no notice and plan to take a week of vacation. You cannot split of vacation days, any other day when your child is not in attendance must be paid in full.
