Lunchtime Surprises :)

Today I made lentil burgers. I've never made these before. I cut one sandwich into 4 pieces, and gave each kid a piece, thinking they would take one bite and hate it.

Before I could even get my sandwich assembled, 3 of the kids were asking for more!! Every one of them asked for seconds, and thirds, and smiled the entire time saying how yummy it was.

SUCCESS!! It made my day!

OK, what exactly is a lentil burger? What all is in it?

Recipe please

Lentils are a legume the size of a split pea, and are packed full of protein. I've only cooked with them once before(lentil burritos), and wasn't too impressed.
I buy the dried ones cuz they are super cheap and so easy to cook in the crockpot. Here's the recipe I used for the burgers.
