    MMK Isnt Working

    Any tech savy providers???

    My MMK says Error Connecting with SSL.

    I tried to email support & the message is returned?? Tried to reinstall same thing???

    It has been frustrating me as well since this upgrade.

    Lot's of error codes and flashing "Please Wait"'s.

    I am going to try reinstalling it.

    "Please wait".... "Publisher Can't be verified"..... then "Access Denied"... "Abort"

    I'll try again tomorrow.

      could you try callig your food rep.

      May be your computer does not have the right saoftware for the upgrade.

      Maybe it needs more bandwith than you have.

      Hope you solve this.

      I have not had any problems with the upgrade, and do not see much of a diffence in the old verses the new.

        oh good- I am glad its not my computer

        Its been "not-responding" since the upgrade

        I do like the new resource info.

          I had this same problem the other day. I just left it alone and came back at the end of the day and it was working again. If its not broke don't fix it but oh well.

              I did a system restore & set my MMK to the way it was before the update & so far so good.

              Im going to get all caught up & try the update again
