Did she pay?

No - I didnt make her pay. I could have told her she had to, but I just wanted to cut my loss and be done with her. I know she wasn't going to pay me anyway. If it wasn't only the 2nd week of her care then I would for sure have made her pay.
Funny thing though --- a daycare friend that lives nearby called to tell me that she called her today looking for a daycare today!!! She knew it was her by the name and age of the child and hours she wanted. She lied to my friend and said her little girl had NEVER been in daycare so this was a new experience for her. She had told me the SAME thing when she first called me!! I think shes running some kind of scam. Just using a daycare for a minute and then not paying when she doesn't need it. Who knows.
Little does she know that I know just about every daycare provider in my area. SO I gave each one of them a call warning them about this loser mom and they ALL had gotten calls from her today trying to schedule tours!!! This was 6 different providers! And they ALL thought she was really odd and rude. So at least I got the satisfaction of knowing that none of the good daycares around here will help her and I protected my daycare buddies from being scammed like I did. This woman lives in a really bad area about 10 minutes from my area and is only calling daycares in the nice area. Im just very happy to be DONE with her!Comment
