I Got "The List"

Last week I had my preliminary home inspection (still have to have the fire/safety inspector come through). He basically restated everything that I already had on the to-do list, but hearing it just made my heart drop. Then yesterday, I recieved the list for corrective action - it's rather extensive.

I have until December 15th to get EVERYTHING completed, and it's things that can't be done without a loan. I just got done putting my business plan together, so I'll be submitting it next week. How long does it take to get a loan?!

WILL I EVER GET THERE?!

my list was pretty long at first too.

take a deep breath!

i just put everything in the order in which I wanted it done, and tackled one thing at a time. it helped that i have a handy husband. can you guys do most of the work yourself?


keep in mind, it may be alot of work now, but once its done, its done.
