IMHO, with the economy, everyone is going into daycare. 32 years ago, I couldn't find daycare for my kids. Today, there's a provider on every corner.

It's 12 pages. Sometimes I wonder if I should meet the parents before giving them the contract. Maybe it's scaring them off somehow? I feel like if they met me first they'd like me
As for the advice about my ad. I don't think the ad is necessarily the problem since I've had many parents contact me but it's never gone past that.
Maybe you could consider doing a Contract (bulleted) (1-3 pages), a Handbook (more detail, personal info) to give after enrollment, and a FAQ for quick reference instead of giving them all that.
I can pm you mine if you'd like to tweak it and make it yours???. I LOVE to share....- Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.- Flag

Thanks so much everyone! You have definately made me feel betterI definately think the sheer volume of care providers in my area is to blame as well as their competitive rates. I live in the 'burbs so a daycare on every corner it would seem.
Catherder I would love to take a look at your short version contract, that's a GREAT idea!
I do have a bit of an update though...one of the parents got in touch with me today and wants to meet!!! I hope once she meets me it's a done dealI'm very excited and I know it's because of the positive vibes I got from this forum!! Thanks all
