    Feeling Out Of Sync

Am I the only one that feels out of sync, cant keep on schedual, no motivation to bake and make snacks, when it comes to deciding on meals, I draw a blank.

I have been caring for a new DCG for 4 days now, she is 11mos and I feel like I cant get it together.

My kids come home with so much homework, I just look at it and I shut down.

My hubby help's them with it so that helps.

I have been sick with a cold too, along with the rest of the dck's and my own kids, I have been having gallbladder attacks, and major pain in my shoulders, and just generally feeling tired and run down.

I know I'm getting enough sleep so I'm not sure where this is all coming from.

    Any advice will be helpfull.

Sounds like you need a vacation and to find some good trainings in your area that helps to revive me.

maybe dealing with a little bit of depression? illness and an overwhelming schedule can really add up and depression is like that....makes you want to check out of life and leave you very unmotivated and unlike yourself.

I would say it's time for a thorough physical and talk with your doctor, then some TLC for yourself. Hope you feel better soon.
