Sorry, I didn't post that very well. I don't think so in response to ME having a kid for 23 hrs and 50 mins.

I have had a kid a couple of times for a week at a time while Mom and Dad went on vacation. The grandma picked him up for the weekend.

As far as I know licensing doesn't have more than a maximum of 24 hours straight but I know that if it's overnight care you have to be awake the whole time, notify them and have appropriate beds etc. You can always put your own max cap on it though. If the child stays with you 11.5 hours a day you can just make the max cap at 12 for example. Personally mines 10 but I do occasionally allow extra hours beyond that for primo dollars. It's enough to make it worth my while and enough to discourage it from happening regularly but lower than a regular babysitter costs.
