so I let a part timer go today....

still too upset to go into details. the parents did not do anything wrong (nor did the child), I am just too overwhelmed with part timers coming and going and me fighting against the parents non-routine at home. its too much and i let this family go to open a spot for a full timer. i know i could have waited it out but honestly, it really is too much for me and now that the decision is made, i feel SOOOO much better. two more weeks and things slow down a bit for me. the mom was my all time favorite daycare mom and she almost started crying when i told her and it was awful. i cried after they left.

I wish I could let my 'stress' kids go.

I am sure that your stress level dropping will help you know this was the right choice.
