I worked for KinderCare years back. It really depends on the Director and teachers. You cant really put all Kindercares in one category as good or bad. I personally do not prefer corporate large center based programs for young children but that is just my opinion.

My daughter has been going to kindercare for 2 years. I really like it, recently the director left/fired and there have been some changes but overall I really like it. The director and teachers make the center, not the company name

Does anyone know why when a Kindercare job/Knowledge Universe job is posted on the KLC/KU website and I apply I hear nothing. When I find a job from KU/KLC on Craigslist and apply I hear something. The few KLC/KU interviews I had were for teaching positions. They were with the director at there center. This week I have a phone interview with a recruiter for an assistant director career. Any thoughts?
