I use Microsoft Publisher a lot. But you can even make cute signs using Word as well.

I have a couple different ones, one that I use alot is printshop premier and the other I just use Microsoft publisher and you can input cute clip are and stuff.

I make all my signs in Microsoft Word. You can look on Google or whatever for pictures that you want if you don't like the clipart, save that to your computer then insert it onto your own document.
