15 month old is being extremely aggressive towards other kids all week. Taking toys, scratching when she doesn’t get her way, smacking and even pulled my hair TWICE. Texted mom about it on Monday. Her response was hmm that’s weird she doesn’t act like that at home.

Comes in this morning, pulled moms hair twice and scratched her sister. What was done about this?!? NOTHING!!!

Both girls I like this. I can’t deal with it.

Oh my, how many times have I used this phrase this week!!!
*I* wanted the purple plate!!! *I* wanted the pink cup!!! Sorry kiddo, maybe next time. She cries for 10 minutes during lunch because she didn't get the pink cup. Dcg starts hugging her to make her feel better. It's bad enough that the parents coddle these twins so badly.
"she's fine" I say. Milk all tastes the same in whatever cup you get. So now I'm the big bad meanie.
I do NOT have time for these types of fusses.
Now now if you don't you will be told you are unfit for their child.
This is why I cannot wait to be done with this job.

I have 3 all 12 months and under right now ... they sleep better here than home because I refuse to coddle & hold. Of course during storms I have my fairy lights blinking so it helps a lot when it gets dark daytime (Solar inside - I put the sensor at the top of my windows). When my babes get older, they get mini flashlights to make them feel safe during thunderstorms

I had the day from hell yesterday with storms and all the night before. Then a parent picks up and gives me an immediate notice that her child won't be back. Gave me some half ass excuse she doesn't think it's a good environment for him. He is in school the majority of the time to begin with.i believe it's a cop out to get out of daycare because I'm closed sept14th for a wedding.

    I may stop enrolling infants..

Yep, babes go into bassinets or cribs... I don't have time to be rocking a child 2 hrs when the 3 others need my attention

Yes dear parent I know this comes as a surprise but your child is well behaved after you leave. No they don't cry all day nor are they sad, pouting or demanding like they are when you're here. Do you really think I wouldn't tell you if they had a bad day...everyday? Believe me I would, and you'd be picking them up because I wouldn't deal with it. And if it continued.... I'd terminate. Oh yes I would. I love the little ones...but you dear parent are the most frustrating part of my day. Sorry for the rant

Something is pooping in our sandbox.. there is no way it’s a cat as the specimens found on the daily are huge.

Two half days of preschool really? What is the point? I just don't get it.
