Willing To Share Your Part-Time Contract With Me?

I have an interview tomorrow afternoon for a part-time position. I know the things tha I would like included (price, days, hours, that there spot is only good until there is a full time client unless they decide to go full time at that point, etc).

Can any of you guys help lead me to a thread where this has already been a topic? Would you be willing to share your contract with me?

Only a few days a week. My options are 10 hours per day maximum on either M-W-F or T-TH. This particular family is interested in M-W-F from 7am-5pm for their daughter who will be two in a few weeks.
