Just how's shop. Figure out what kind of layout you want. If you want separate space for your childcare, or if you are okay with it being in your family space.

i had always wanted it to have a child care, but I had gotten to the point where I thought that was not going to happen. So when we looked for a house, we did not consider looking for a house with a second entrance that could be used for clients, nor did I consider how the kids would get to the playground.

if I could do it over again, there would be things I would consider, like having a dedicated space.

Before covid hit, my husband and I were planning on redoing our side entrance deck. Turning it into a screen room that had sensory play and lockers. Allowing parents to enter the porch and checking their child without entering into the house. Then I could have a picnic table set up with a table activities, so the kids could play while we waited for the rest to arrive.

anyways, you need to ask yourself. What way you would like to have this child care set up and how many bedrooms do you need for your family.

Starting the process of buying a house for both a daycare and primary residence involves several key steps. First, research zoning laws in your area to ensure the property can legally operate as a daycare. Next, secure financing by discussing loan options with lenders, considering commercial and residential mortgage possibilities. Then, look for a home with suitable space, safety features, and accessibility for children. Additionally, check licensing requirements for home daycare businesses. Finally, work with a real estate agent familiar with mixed-use properties to find the best fit.

You sound very much like an AI bot. Where is your business?
