My 3.5 old Daughter Has Been Bit Twice in a Week by Same Boy, What Should We Do?

Both bits seem bad. The first time just happened Friday, the school promised it should not continue. it happened again today I am seeking advice, what should we do and say to the school? Should it be justified if we ask for terminating the school and leave?
